Priorità di carriera e scelte di coppia. Un'analisi sociologica della letteratura internazionale

A great amount of work-family research has so far concentrated its attention on individual differences in men’s and women’s occupational investments, investigating how the division of childcare and household labour in dual-earner couples affects each partner’s work outcomes. On the other hand, relatively little research has concentrate on career prioritizing processes, or on how couples choice to prioritize spouses’ two careers. This theme will be discussed in the present paper.
