On the Different Types of Eurobonds

This essay includes the English translation of the article «A proposito di bond europei» with changes only in the paragraph titles (the figures, which have changed since Spring 2011, have not been updated) and the an excerpt of «EuroUnionBond, here is what must be done» in which Romano Prodi and the author argue that further innovation is necessary. In that article they proposed a European Financial Fund (EFF), whose task would be to issue a new type of bond, called «EuroUnionBond» (EuB).Finally, there is an Addendum written for this essay.
