Disuguaglianze, il grande male delle società contemporanee

The article focuses the attention on the issue of social inequalities in contemporary society, and on their relationship with social differences. More specifically, it proposes a critical discussion of the mechanisms employed by societies in order to justify and legitimize different kinds of inequalities. Besides reflecting values and world visions, these mechanisms make evident the shared conception of democracy.
