Obiezione di coscienza in sanità

Conscientious objection in health care. The Authors discuss about the conscientious objection as this review developed this theme since 1970. The paper examines the conscientious objection foundation, confirming that it consists not only in autonomy of the persons, but also in the protection of the right to human life. The report draws attention to transversal theme of conscientions objection, becouse it correlates with several and various bioethics theme, as abortion, artificial fertilization, contraception, morning-after pill, living will and the end of life. The report examines shortly also ideas suggested by Authors during the publication on this review.
