The family constitutes a fundamental context of existential orientation, in dialogue with social, cultural, economic and political challenges. Specifically, the relationship between the family dimension and the work dimension is the protagonist of this dialectical and dynamic relationship between family and context, which happens by activating complex feedback processes and generating the shaping of new family constructions and relational systems. This gives rise to family arrangements that reshape generational and intergenerational positions, posing the need to redefine boundaries, through a renegotiation of roles and functions, rights and duties, expectations and projects, also transiting through bewilderment, misunderstandings and new adaptations.
